Process
The nanny placement process takes, on average, 2-6 weeks but we strive to find you a nanny in a shorter time.
- Complete Family Application: We are focused on matching the right candidate with each family. It is imperative that we understand your specific needs.
- Personal Consultation with London Bee Premier Nanny Service: A representative will come to your home or schedule a phone call to discuss family requirements and review the details regarding our services.
- Complete and Sign Referral Agreement: We must have a signed contract before we can begin the candidate search process. We will also email our policies and guidelines. Please submit one time nonrefundable $200 retainer fee to begin your nanny search. This fee covers the cost of screening your candidates and the time required to carefully match the nanny’s experience and personality with your expectations. If you decide to hire one of our nannies, this fee will be deducted from your placement fee.
- Review Candidate Profile: London Bee Premier Nanny Service will utilize the information gathered to find your ideal childcare provider and email you a detailed profile of each candidate.
- Interview Candidate: We will provide you with 2-3 ideal candidates to interview and will assist you with scheduling meeting times. (You can always interview more) All communications must go through the agency until the nanny is hired. We ask that you please do not contact them outside your scheduled meeting time. We will coordinate all interviews, trials, and the nanny’s start date. Please share your feedback after the interviews.
- Nanny Trial: We suggest that you do a trial day or two with your top 2 candidates to make sure she/he is the right fit. This trial is paid and will allow the family to observe the candidate in your home to see how they interact with your children.
- Select London Bee Nanny: Family selects a nanny.
- Payment: An invoice will be emailed, and you can pay by credit card or check.
