Permanent Nanny Placements
We have created packages to cater to the needs and preferences of our clients. When you register with London Bee you will choose the placement package that best suits your family. Placement packages range in price, please call for pricing.
This package includes:
- Phone or virtual consultation to answer questions and assist you with finding your nanny.
- A Thorough interview of all nannies and contacting their references
- Enhanced Security Background Investigation (Criminal and Civil History Search, Motor Vehicle Report, Sex Offender Registry Check, Global Watch List, and SSN verification)
- 10 panel drug screening, and medical screening
- We provide up to 5 days of back-up nanny service if your nanny gets sick, goes out of town, or is unavailable for any reason* regularly scheduled hours (waived agency fee- family pays nanny’s rate)
- Parent resource binder that will include a nanny work agreement, sample interview questions, nanny orientation checklist, nanny daily log, and much more.
- Assistance with salary/benefits negotiation
- 90 day nanny guarantee
- We are always here for you providing unlimited phone/email support
*There is a non-refundable $200 application fee to begin your nanny search, applicable for ALL packages. This fee covers the time required to carefully match the nanny’s experience and personality with your expectations. If you decide to hire one of our nannies, this fee will be deducted from your placement fee.
*The average salary range for a nanny is $17-25 an hour.
The salary is dependent on the number of children she is caring for, her experience, as well as her duties on the job.
The Queen Bee - No Placement Fee (COMING SOON)
This package has everything listed in The Permanent Nanny Placement Packages, plus you will have unlimited fill-in nanny service if your nanny is sick or is unavailable for any reason, and a 1 year nanny guarantee. London Bee will provide you with one of our experienced and certified nannies to work in your home. You will still be able to choose your nanny and set the schedule. With this package we will assume all the obligations such as benefits and pay rate. You will simply pay for the time you use our services. You do not pay the caregiver directly. We will take care of paying the nanny for you. Rates are based on several factors, including schedule, # of children, and other household needs. Please call for pricing.
Screening Package
$875 for one candidate and $650 for each additional candidate
This package is for families that have found a candidate on their own. London Bee would assist you with screening your nanny candidate.
This package includes:
- Enhanced Security Background Investigation (Criminal and Civil History Search, Motor Vehicle Report, Sex Offender Registry Check, Global Watch List, and SSN verification)
- 10 panel drug screening
- Contact 3 childcare references
- Parent resources such as a work agreement, interview questions, nanny orientation checklist, nanny daily log, and much more.
- Set up all interviews between nanny and family
- Assistance with salary/benefits negotiation
- 1 month unlimited phone/email support

Smart Bee Program (COMING SOON)
The Smart Bee program is a unique comprehensive curriculum that is designed to challenge your child at a level of a private preschool or daycare but with the benefit of having a private trained nanny in your home. This enrichment program creates an educational environment in your home and provides an enthusiasm for learning for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
